Coaching is my passion, a love which is focused on the needs of others. As a coach I am committed to creating a strong partnership with clients, to follow them and accompany them in their professional challenges and personal changes. I dedicate myself to the planning and delivery of Executive Coaching and Team Coaching programs and training sessions regarding Leadership and reinforcing Soft Skills for small and large companies as well as Multinationals, both at national and international levels. I am PCC certified by the International Coaching Federation, in which I have volunteered and operated as a Southern Area Leader. I am an active speaker in international conferences on coaching and on human resources, playing a part in spreading the culture of coaching around the world, sharing my experiences while gaining new insights from different cultures and approaches
