Feminine Strength and Balance Retreat
As women we hold an innate gift of compassion, empathy and care through which we strive to show up at our best in our work as well as in our personal lives.
Through the challenges presented by the current situation our inner strength and centeredness is more than ever required while juggling between our roles at work, as mothers, wives and or daughters.
Our experience while onboarding a plane however reminds us of an essential principle – We first need to place the oxygen mask on ourselves before attending to others! We need to ensure that our own internal reservoir is filled so we can continue to share our care with others.
Investing in a moment to become aware of our own thought patterns and emotions enables us to find our centre and inner deep reservoir of strength. Join us for a 2 day retreat in which we combine mindfulness exercises, yoga and gratitude exercise to nourish and strengthen ourselves from within. In combination we provide a coaching approach on the topics of gaining awareness and managing our emotions, communicating effectively and time management.
By infusing a tiny drop of centredness, calm and compassion women can create a large ripple effect within their families, their communities their teams and organisations.

In our retreat program we love to make time and space for you to take care and nourish your body with pampering spa treatments such as massages, facials, nail treatments which not only rejuvenate the body on the outside but also revive us with fresh energy and vitality from within.

Mind / Body / Soul
Coming back to our favourite oxygen mask principle – by attending to ourselves first we are able to make ourselves fully present to others.
We believe that Self Care is an interdependent practice of nourishing the mind, body and soul. We love to introduce self care practices such as yoga, meditation and gratitude exercises which are great resources that are permanently available to us in practicing and cultivating presence and calm on a daily basis.
