As a mindset transformative Coach I am passionate about working together with my clients on their journey of learning, growth and self development. Coaching enables me to combine my two passions of supporting people and learning in a space in which the client can spend a focused time to explore and learn about what it is they want to achieve and what strengths and resources they have within themselves to achieve their set goals.
I firmly believe in the passions, interests, gifts, talents and strengths that are within each individual that when nurtured and leveraged bring out their uniqueness and true potential. Through my own journey of self-development I have learned that there are no boundaries or limitations to our growth. Cultivating a learner’s mindset which is fuelled by passion, purpose and joy allows us to grow exponentially in our performance at work as well as individually.
I am a PCC credentialed coach with a special interest in cultivating a Growth and Benefit Mindset. As director of Training at Coach Masters Academy I love training and mentoring students in further developing their professional coaching skills. As founder of SEEk To Seed organisation I strive to create a collective space for nurturing a Growth and Benefit mindset for students, families and educators.
